Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery timeframes.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system.

Shipping Process

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our logistics partners.

In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on availability.

Delays Disclaimer

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

TOVA is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify shipping details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.

TOVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we are happy to assist where possible.
